Position: Marketing Manager – B2B (College Engagement)
Location: Technovalley Campus, Kochi with frequent travel to colleges across Kerala and India

Role Overview
Technovalley is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager – B2B, who will be responsible for establishing strong partnerships with colleges and universities to implement Technovalley's add-on programs. The role involves direct engagement with academic institutions, positioning Technovalley as the leading provider of global-standard IT skill programs, and driving admissions through institutional tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to promote Technovalley's add-on programs across colleges.
- Build strong relationships with college management, placement cells, and student associations.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions inside colleges to highlight Technovalley programs.
- Collaborate with academic teams to design customized add-on programs for different institutions.
- Negotiate and finalize institutional agreements for add-on programs.
- Monitor and achieve admission targets through B2B engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design team to develop brochures, presentations, and promotional materials for college campaigns.
- Track performance of campaigns and submit periodic reports to management.
- Represent Technovalley at education fairs, conferences, and academic summits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, institutional sales, or academic partnerships.
- Strong network and experience working with colleges and universities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of driving institutional collaborations and achieving targets.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple institutional relationships.
