to lead brand growth and visibility.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building the brand's positioning, driving consumer engagement, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns. This role requires a mix of creativity, category knowledge, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence.
Lead ATL & BTL campaigns across digital, retail, events, and activations.
Drive brand storytelling to position the product as a premium lifestyle choice.
Collaborate with sales & trade teams to ensure alignment on brand goals.
Manage creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
Track performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in
marketing within the beverages industry
(mandatory).
Strong consumer insight and experience in lifestyle/luxury positioning.
Proven expertise in campaign design, execution & performance measurement.
Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury/lifestyle brands.
