We are now expanding our market presence across India and seeking a
Marketing Manager
to lead our brand promotion, digital growth, and market strategy.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance Tantashala's visibility, boost sales, and strengthen brand identity in the textile and handloom sector. This role requires a creative yet analytical professional with experience in fashion, textiles, or lifestyle branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote Tantashala's products both online and offline.
  • Conduct
    market research and competitor analysis
    to identify new market opportunities, fashion trends, and customer preferences.
  • Manage
    brand collaborations
    , influencer marketing, and tie-ups with boutiques, exhibitions, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and oversee
    photoshoots, product catalog creation
    , and storytelling-based marketing content.
  • Drive
    digital marketing strategies
    including social media, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure alignment between marketing goals and product development.
  • Develop and manage the
    marketing budget
    , ensuring cost-effective promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and suggest improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and media partners.
  • Organize and represent Tantashala at fashion shows, trade fairs, and handloom exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in
    Marketing, Fashion Management, Textile Design, or Business Administration
    .
  • 2–5 years
    of proven experience in marketing, preferably in textile, apparel, or fashion industries.
  • Strong understanding of
    textile branding, handloom market, and retail distribution
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in
    digital marketing tools
    , analytics, and social media management.
  • Creative thinking with a strong sense of design, aesthetics, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in
    English, Hindi, and Odia
    is preferred.
