Hiring: Marketing Manager – Healthcare |Healthcare
Location: Delhi, India – Remote work
Reports To: Chief Business Officer (CBO)
CTC: Competitive | Experience: 9 to 15 years
US Shift - 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to position Healthcare as the preferred AI-driven RCM partner for physician groups, rural hospitals, and PE-backed healthcare organizations. This role will own the marketing engine — from brand visibility to qualified lead generation — across both the Indian and US healthcare markets.
What You’ll Do:
✨ Build and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue goals
Design targeted digital & offline campaigns to engage healthcare decision-makers
Own lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI-focused marketing execution
Develop thought leadership content — whitepapers, case studies, webinars
Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to highlight our AI differentiators
Track performance metrics and present insights directly to the CBO
What You Bring:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Tier-1 or reputed institute preferred)
3–5 years of B2B marketing experience — healthcare/IT/ITES a plus
Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, HubSpot, Salesforce/Zoho)
Strong communication skills with executive-level messaging ability
Prior exposure to US healthcare or global B2B markets preferred
