Marketing Manager (Code: IN107)
VisaPro Marketing Manager will:
Create & implement the company's overall marketing strategy and develop a comprehensive marketing plan for VisaPro services Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training and managing all marketing and research functions to achieve the company objectives of sales, growth and profitability Monitor, investigate, and analyze competitive products, technical innovations, market trends and buying habits Prepare and analyze financial and statistical data to make informed decisions and drive success Lead the organization in strategically mapping out the sales growth of the business Lead and manage marketing initiatives (direct mail, email, online, etc.) Manage the VisaPro brand Provide, manage, and review budget and financial information to meet commitment Prepare appropriate reports (competitive analysis, sales forecasts, promotional plan, short and long-range marketing objectives, strategy, projections, etc.) Measure and evaluate online and off-line advertising performance to determine effectiveness The ideal candidate should possess:
Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experience Experience in marketing management, marketing & sales operations Prior experience with online marketing, direct marketing, product management, brand management, relationship management, & direct sales Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations Extensive B2B and B2C marketing experience Must be self-motivated, with a high energy level that will take initiative, make appropriate decisions and proposals, follow through and accomplish multiple tasks with a sense of vision, detail, commitment, priority and urgency Location: Hyderabad, India
