Position: Marketing SpecialistAs the Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth. You should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and have a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, social media content management, events, and activities.
Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social, print, and trade), supporting the Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate and execute daily marketing activities and operations.
- Engage and communicate with suppliers, partners, and agencies.
- Implement marketing campaigns.
- Manage allocated marketing budgets and reporting.
- Organize products, props, and marketing collateral for suppliers, partners, and events.
- Maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar to ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines.
- Manage end-to-end content production, ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, and in-store media.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Prepare artwork for production and liaise with suppliers for quality outputs.
- Curate and repurpose owned and user-generated content.
- Plan, manage, and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Manage and moderate social media channels per brand guidelines.
- Analyze affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources for improvements.
- Support engagement and growth on social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors to inform strategies.
- Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting.
- Provide post-campaign reports and proof of advertising to support ROAS for key partners.
- Support brand and trade show events, including weekends, as needed.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Airtable, Miro, Figma is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with strong commercial acumen and storytelling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on environment with strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
