As the Marketing Specialist , you will support the execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth. You will be adaptable, have great attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, social media content management, events, and activities.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social, print, and trade), supporting the Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities and operations daily
  • Engage and communicate with suppliers, partners, and agencies
  • Implement marketing campaigns
  • Manage marketing budgets and reporting
  • Organize products, props, and collateral for suppliers, partners, and events
  • Maintain a marketing calendar to meet timelines and deliverables
  • Oversee content production, ensuring brand consistency across all media
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
  • Prepare artwork for production and liaise with suppliers for quality control
  • Curate and repurpose owned and user-generated content
  • Plan and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Manage and moderate social media channels according to brand guidelines
  • Analyze affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources for improvements
  • Support social media engagement and growth strategies
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors
  • Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting
  • Provide post-campaign reports and proof of advertising to support ROAS
  • Support brand and trade show events, including weekends
Qualifications and Attributes
  • At least 3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Airtable, Miro, Figma is advantageous
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously in a hands-on environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong networking skills across diverse environments
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
