Role & responsibilities
Perform mechanical & metallurgical testing on Metal Ferrous and Non ferrous products, Fasteners(Bolt & Screw)products; CONSUMER PRODUCTS - Utensil products, Furnitures (Chairs, Tables, Sofa, Beds) as per Indian Standards/ ASTM etc.
Evaluate the test data and Prepare the test reports
Maintain the calibration of the equipments.
Activities related to NABL certification (ISO / IEC
Activities related to ISO 9001.
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of Mechanical testing on consumer products is required.
Operation of equipment like UTM,Rockwell, Vickers hardness tester, Charpy Impact Metallurgical microscope, Endurance testing of furniture
Minimum one year experience in testing and operation of the lab is required.
Knowledge of ISO 17025/ NABL certification
Immediate Joiner will be given preference .
