Role Description
Esse India is seeking a
Mechanical Engineer
for exciting opportunities abroad. This is a full-time role that may require relocation to a foreign country. The ideal candidate will design mechanical systems, utilize advanced Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and manage engineering projects from concept to completion. The role also includes conducting Research & Development (R&D) to foster innovation and efficiency. The Mechanical Engineer will work closely with international cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery in alignment with global engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems according to international standards and project requirements.
- Create, modify, and optimize mechanical designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct Research & Development (R&D) to introduce innovative and efficient engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to meet global project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best engineering practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in mechanical engineering principles and machine design.
- Strong experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Proven project management experience.
- Experience in Research & Development (R&D) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
