- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Five or more years of engineering experience
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Customer relations experience preferred
- Equipment design or operating experience preferred
