POSITION REVIEW
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in ASME code design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical systems and a passion for designing compliant and efficient solutions. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring that our designs meet industry standards while exceeding client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design mechanical systems and components in accordance with ASME codes and standards.
Perform analysis, calculations, and simulations to validate design integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project development.
Create detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Conduct design reviews and present findings to stakeholders.
Support project management by estimating timelines and resource needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ASME regulations.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of design-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in mechanical design, specifically with ASME code compliance.
Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material properties.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
ASME certification or professional engineer (PE) license is a plus.
