Mechanical Engineer Seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to design, prototype, and test ruggedized hardware systems for battlefield tech. You’ll work in CAD to create compact mechanical assemblies, use CNC machining, 3D printing, and other fabrication tools. Ideal engineer has strong practical design and prototyping experience, with preference for knowledge of microfluidics, MIL-STD design, thermal management. Responsibilities:
Design and prototype mechanical subsystems, housings, and rigs for real-world applications.
Build and test components using CNC, 3D printing, and other shop tools.
Collaborate with electrical and systems engineers to integrate electromechanical designs.
Apply DFM/DFA principles and validate designs through testing.
