- As a key member of our development team, you will drive product success through customer-centricity, innovative thinking, and meticulous planning.
- Develop and refine customer journey maps to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Foster collaboration between stakeholders, marketing teams, and feature developers to shape product definitions and deliverables.
- Manage project backlogs, orchestrating feedback loops with internal and external partners.
- Champion modern UX approaches and design patterns, eliminating usability errors through rigorous Human Factors engineering.
- Establish and maintain product guidelines, ensuring cohesive decision-making across teams.
- Partner with upper management, customers, functional leaders, and technical teams to craft and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Scope and plan product releases aligned with company goals and roadmaps.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Biomedical, Clinical, Systems).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices, working closely with physicians and patients as part of a development team.
- Proven track record in managing teams engaged in program management, product ownership, and systems engineering.
- Technical expertise in Human Factors Engineering, UI/UX design, Systems Engineering, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ISO 62366 and associated processes.
- Fluency in English and French (written and oral) for effective communication.
- Ability to travel within the US and Europe for business purposes.
