      MEP Sales Manager

      \n

      We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead the continuous improvement of our sales systems, processes, and reporting within the commercial MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) division. This role plays a critical part in aligning sales strategy with long-term business goals through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

      Key Responsibilities

      \n

      Sales & Strategy

      \n
        \nManage the day-to-day operations of the sales function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.\nDrive process improvements across the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.\nSupport sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting in collaboration with leadership.\nCollaborate with MEP leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.\nLead onboarding and training for new sales team members on systems, tools, and best practices.\nBuild, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales and service excellence.\n\n

        CRM & Analytics

        \n
          \nOwn and optimize CRM tools, including pipeline tracking, lead management, and performance reporting.\nDesign and deliver insightful sales performance dashboards, KPIs, and reports for executive leadership.\nProduce regular sales forecasts, trend analyses, and reports on key growth metrics.\n\n

          Marketing & Go-to-Market Planning

            \nDevelop and implement short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies.\nManage the sales and marketing operating budget to ensure efficient, cost-effective execution.\nLead advertising and promotional initiatives across print, digital, and event channels.\nMonitor market trends and competitor activity; adjust go-to-market strategies as needed.\n\n

            Industry Engagement & Client Relations

            \n
              \nRepresent the company at trade associations, conferences, and industry events.\nSupport high-level client engagement, including relationship management and deal negotiation/closure.\n\n

              What We’re Looking For

              \n
                \nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in a direct sales role supporting a commercial Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) business.\nStrong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting best practices.\nAdvanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n
