We are seeking a Microsoft Business Central Senior Functional Consultant to join our team in Ireland. You will analyze business requirements, scope and estimate efforts, configure aspects of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and support its implementation and optimization for clients.
About the roleWork closely with clients to define and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Provide expert advice, support all project phases, and leverage your knowledge of the Microsoft cloud platform.
Key responsibilities- Advise clients on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central capabilities.
- Gather and analyze requirements using standard methodologies.
- Design optimized business processes.
- Recommend configurations and customizations to minimize custom development.
- Support clients throughout all project phases.
- Apply SDLC methodologies like Agile and SCRUM; write user stories and develop backlogs in Azure DevOps.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
We seek a detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication, technical, and analytical skills. You should have experience in industry, consulting, or business transformation and be a team player.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a functional role.
- Preferably 3+ full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Navision.
- Experience in developing user stories and functional designs.
- Ability to articulate the infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Knowledge of other Microsoft products like Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, SharePoint, Office, Azure.
- Experience with data integration and migration.
- Strong consulting skills, influencing, leadership, facilitation.
- Masters or relevant certifications.
