Due to the continued success of the business and our future growth plans, we have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Frontend AEM consultant to join our professional services team working remotely across Australia or New Zealand. The role will see you leading our customers in the design, delivery, and optimisation of best practice digital solutions that result in tangible outcomes. Craft CXM consultants have experience in data, digital experiences, and technology, delivering high value, best-practice solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to continue this, supported by our experienced leaders.

We are looking for someone with recent experience across core AEM Cloud services including implementation, configuration, web application development, testing, and enablement. Craft CXM provide full certification level training across a range of vendor platforms for all our consultants. This will allow you to deepen your experience across a number of vendors with career progression paths tailored to match your ambitions.

Main responsibilities

Best practice implementation and configuration of AEM Cloud services across clients.
Working across the complete lifecycle of development including design, development, testing, and optimization.
Customer enablement and training; guidance on self-paced learning; best practice advice and guidance on the optimal use of the AEM solution.
Ability to solution design processes solving client requirements using technology automations.
Comfortable developing responsive web applications across front end technologies
Complete testing of all elements deployed adhering to requirements and relevant standards/regulations.
Provide consultative advice and hands-on assistance ensuring client strategies are realised through the use of their technology investments.

Experience

minimum of 4 years experience working with AEM including at least 1 year on AEM as a Cloud Service.
Familiarity with version control systems and package managers
Hands-on experience with AEM Core Components including SDK for web and app
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns.
High level of experience with responsive design elements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
While this is very much a “Doing” role as a frontend developer, backend experience is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
