Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Position Purpose

To provide high level development output to meet user requirements; whilst displaying an understanding of the software development lifecycle and experienced with associated methodologies

Software Development Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions to meet the needs of Users
• Develop functional and technical design specifications that meet stakeholder requirements
• Liaise with business analysts and system architects to ensure integrity of design
• Investigate and analyse software related issues
• Develop and contribute to technical procedures and standards
• Providing technical analysis and diagnosis services for our customers

What you Bring

• 3-5 years in a developer/analyst programmer role
• Bachelor in IT or Computer Science or equivalent
• A complete understanding of the agile scrum software development lifecycle
• Strong skills designing and implementing applications using different technologies.

Frontend Technologies:

• React
• React Forms
• React Query
• TypeScript
• Webpack, Vite
• MUI
• PIXI
• Frontend test frameworks such as Jest, Puppeteer & Cucumber
• Exposure to Git and understanding of different Git workflows
• Good knowledge of Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Excellent written and communication skills
• A background or understanding of aviation and/or military environment is desirable
• Australian citizen (Able to achieve Australian Defence Security Clearance)
