Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Manager/Product Manager to guide our agile development process and product strategy for MiraAI. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring our product meets market needs while maintaining development efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage product backlog, including prioritization, grooming, and refinement
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Gather and analyze market and user feedback to inform product decisions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features
- Monitor progress against sprint goals and remove impediments
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders
- Ensure teams adhere to agile best practices and continuously improve processes
- Define and manage Sprint Planning, Grooming and Execution processes for the team
- Serve as an agile coach for developers
- Generate comprehensive release notes for every sprint/release
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 6+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of Scrum experience
- Experience in Scrum Master and/or Product Manager roles
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent facilitation and team leadership skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile project management tools
- Track record of successful product delivery
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with AI products such as LLMs, Vector DBs, Agents, etc.
- Prior experience working in a SaaS product environment
- Familiarity with AI/ML products and technologies
- Technical background or understanding of software development processes
- Product management certification e.g., CSPO, PMP
- Scrum Master certification e.g., CSM, PSM
- Experience working with distributed development teams
- Knowledge of product analytics and metrics-driven development
