About Lorri

• Lorri is LogisticsNow's flagship app for India's only deep data-driven digital logistics platform.
• It combines live data feeds, optimization algorithms, and rich visualizations to provide end-to-end visibility and actionable insights for shippers, 3PLs, and carriers.
• Lorri powers route planning, shipment tracking, risk scoring, and operational analytics through an intuitive, performant frontend.
• You will directly impact Lorri's mobile experience, ensuring it remains fast, reliable, and delightful as we scale to new markets.

Role Summary

We're seeking a Mobile App Developer with strong Flutter expertise to design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications that power Lorri and the LogisticsNow platform. You'll collaborate with product, backend, data, and design teams to deliver a world-class, data-driven logistics mobile experience. You'll own and contribute to mobile architecture, UI components, and feature delivery across iOS and Android.

What You'll Do

• Mobile Development with Flutter:
• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable Flutter UI components and screens that power the Lorri mobile app and LogisticsNow platform.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design clean API contracts and efficient data flows.
• Build reusable UI components, manage state effectively, and optimize for performance.
• SDLC Involvement:
• Participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Provide accurate task estimates and commit to sprint goals.
• Write tests (unit/integration) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments.
• User Experience & Accessibility:
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and responsive mobile interfaces.
• Ensure cross-device compatibility and smooth user experiences across platforms.
• Quality & Collaboration:
• Maintain documentation for components, styles, and best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs and interactions.
• Mentor junior mobile developers as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of mobile development with strong Flutter experience.
• Educational Background: BE/B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Tech in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Proficiencies:
• Mobile Framework: Flutter (Dart) with a solid understanding of Flutter widgets, state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.), and platform-specific adaptations.
• RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL integration.
• Platform APIs: iOS/Android native integration when needed (optional, as needed for native modules).
• Architecture & Tooling: CI/CD for mobile (fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions), testing (unit, widget, integration tests), and performance profiling.
• Storage & Data: Local storage, caches, and secure data handling.
• Version control (Git), collaboration workflows, and code reviews.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with data-heavy mobile apps and dashboards.
• Familiarity with design systems, theming, and cross-platform consistency.
• Knowledge of analytics, offline-first strategies, and synchronization patterns.
• Experience with security best practices for mobile apps (secure storage, encrypted communications).
