Àerre is a modern Australian fragrance brand with a cult following — and we're growing. We're looking for a Creative Director with a strong multimedia background (photo, video, digital content) and working knowledge of AI tools like MidJourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and evolve Àerre's visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints
• Lead multimedia content creation: photography, video, motion graphics, and campaigns
• Use AI design tools to streamline workflows and produce standout creative assets
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and social teams
• Stay ahead of trends in AI, digital design, and visual storytelling

Requirements:

• 5+ years in multimedia content creation with a strong portfolio in fashion, beauty, or luxury
• Proficiency in AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Strong creative direction and collaboration skills
• A sharp eye for composition, brand aesthetics, and storytelling
