Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development (NPD) Engineer based in Hyderabad. The NPD Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new electric bike models. Daily tasks include conducting research, creating prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing product performance, and preparing detailed documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and developing electric vehicles, particularly electric bikes
- Proficiency in CAD and CAM software for design and prototyping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to product development
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for electric vehicles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in the automobile industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
