About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Patient Coordinator / Basic Nurse to support our cardiology clinic by preparing patients for Echocardiography (ECHO) procedures. The role involves clinical assistance, patient handling, and coordination to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, guide, and prepare patients for echocardiography tests.
Take patient history, vital signs, and ensure all pre-echo requirements are met.
Explain the ECHO procedure to patients to ensure comfort and clarity.
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and front-desk teams for smooth scheduling.
Maintain patient records, documentation, and consent forms.
Assist in basic clinical duties and follow clinic protocols.
Support patient queries and assist with after-procedure instructions.
