We are looking for a Female Nurse Educator with a BSc/Masters in Nursing and around 3 years of relevant work experience. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for training and mentoring nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, and maintaining quality standards across patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training programs for nursing staff.
- Evaluate performance and identify skill gaps.
- Develop educational material and modules.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and hospital standards.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to staff.
Requirements:
- Masters in Nursing is mandatory.
