Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Nurse Incharge at SMH - Sarv Multi Speciality Hospital, located in Vadodara. The Nurse Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing staff, ensuring patient care standards are met and maintained. This includes monitoring patient care, creating and implementing nursing guidelines, providing leadership and support to the nursing team, managing patient admissions and discharges, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. The Nurse Incharge will also be responsible for staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in patient care and nursing practice
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to create and implement nursing guidelines and protocols
- Experience in managing patient admissions, discharges, and coordination of care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Current valid nursing license
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in healthcare is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
