MALE PREFER
Job Requires: ❖ Commerce Graduate or Post Graduate ❖ Minimum Experience of 1- 2 yrs (Proven experience as an Admin Executive/ Office Admin/ Office Assistant or in a similar role) ❖ Having a good command of written and spoken English ❖ Have thorough knowledge of the Internet, MS Office (Word, Excel) & any accounting package Tally E.R.P.9 ❖ Self-Correspondence Capability. ❖ Should be creative, adaptable, and able to pick up new techniques.
Job Profile: ❖ Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.) ❖ Drafting of letters, sending replies to emails & letters received. ❖ Preparing Quotations/Offers against received Enquiry. ❖ Preparing and uploading Tender documents on Government sites. ❖ Maintenance of paper records and documents in the relevant files. ❖ Assist colleagues / Branch Collogues whenever necessary. ❖ Keeping records of inward and outward stock and preparing Invoices.
Office Timing: Monday to Saturday – 9.00 to 6.00 PM PREFER IMMEDIATE JOINER
