About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Workshop Operation Manager to lead our workshop teams across dismantling, depollution, baling, and other operational units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring safety and compliance, and implementing fair incentive systems that motivate performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple workshop departments
- Monitor output, quality, and efficiency metrics; implement process improvements
- Design and manage incentive structures based on team size, unit value, and performance
- Coordinate with HR and finance to ensure accurate tracking of attendance, bonuses, and productivity
- Maintain equipment, tools, and safety standards across all workshop areas
- Lead, train, and motivate teams to meet operational goals
- Prepare and present operational dashboards and reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in workshop or industrial operations management
- Strong Excel skills (dashboard creation, formula logic, conditional formatting)
- Ability to design and implement performance tracking systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Skills
- Experience with incentive-based workforce management
- Familiarity with dismantling, depollution, or baling operations
- Must have 7-8 years of experience on same field.
- Visual presentation of operational data for staff and leadership
