Your Job- Expand the Life & Protection Solutions team by processing incoming insurance claims (travel, temporary incapacity), serving as the first contact for clients and policyholders, and managing data reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be supported by a team manager, technical experts, and colleagues.
- Assess and process claims based on policy conditions, coordinating with medical advisors, claimants, HR departments, etc., ensuring complete and accurate handling.
- Manage working-incapacity overviews for insured clients, maintaining professional relationships and handling files responsibly.
- Accurately document claim data and report to relevant parties such as finance, client managers, or clients.
- Respond to policy inquiries via email and phone in multiple languages.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, insurance, communication, or equivalent experience.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages like Dutch or French are a plus.
- Experience with non-medical claims (life, travel insurance) is advantageous.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, customer-focused, responsible, results-oriented, and analytical.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
