Responsibilities- As a Professional Services Consultant , you will work closely with Senior Consultants and Project Managers to implement CRM and financial solutions for schools and support the post Go-Live phase.
- Analyze, gather, and document client’s business requirements.
- Conduct sessions with clients over phone or in-person, organize project meetings and trainings, provide status updates on activities and deliverables.
- Participate in solution design, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team of functional and technical consultants.
- Provide accounting system design and customization tailored to client needs.
- Plan and deploy Unit of Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client data.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget, manage variations, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Senior Consultants and manage team tasks.
- Seek continuous improvements in delivery methodology and processes.
- Offer consulting advice and support during post Go-Live and support phases, acting as a go-to resource for functional areas.
- Assist clients in running their businesses more effectively through innovative system solutions.
- Inter-state travel may be required.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Process implementation, Business Analysis, or System Administration involving Financial/Business/Accounting/ERP software.
- Strong understanding of accounting, audit, business processes, management, and administration, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
- Ability to manage change, map business processes, and translate requirements into solutions.
