- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle R12 on Order Management, Purchasing, and Pricing modules. Functional knowledge of order management applications and procedures in the design, implementation, and integration of Oracle Order Management for our global supply chain business in Purchasing, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inter-company transactions, Inventory, and Receiving modules.
- Experience with multiple complex implementations on Oracle R12, and a few on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience with analysis, setup, configuration, conversion, migration, and testing.
- Understanding of Upstream and downstream integration with other modules and third-party and or custom applications.
- Knowledge of Inter-company transactions
- Ability to write SQL for data mining, reporting, analysis, and other purposes.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, specifically Order Management, Purchasing, and planning processes.
- Ability to lead requirement discussions, brainstorming, and design discussions.
- Ability to work and collaborate with business, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Experience and or knowledge of Agile Methodology is a big plus.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Flexible for working hours as per the Offshore/onsite model.
