Job Description:
- Design and develop engaging, learner-centric training materials for Workday HCM modules.
- Create bite-sized videos, quick reference guides, and instructor-led training decks.
- Translate Workday processes into simple, easy-to-understand learning content.
- Ensure consistency in tone, format, and instructional approach across all training deliverables.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate content.
- Support training delivery and feedback collection as needed.
