About the Role
We are hiring OTM Consultants and Senior OTM Consultants who will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL, and must be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices. Experience with OTM on-premise to cloud migration will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.
- Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.
- Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.
- Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.
- Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.
Required Skills
- 8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areas.
- Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures.
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level).
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

- Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain domain
- API/Integration understanding (SOAP/REST)
