Job description & requirements

Treasury Administrative Assistant Purpose: Support the Treasury team with administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service. Key Responsibilities: * Manage Treasury email and resolve issues within 24 hours * Track and deposit $4M in checks * Resolve daily check/ACH exceptions * Process returned checks, ACHs, and transfers * Distribute mail and maintain organized filing * Download monthly bank statements and manage portal access * Prepare banking documents and support policy updates * Assist with vendor setup and ACH conversions Requirements * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask * Strong communication and customer service skills * Must maintain confidentiality, follow policies, and complete required training * Reports to Treasury Manager
