We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term engagement, working directly with a key client. The focus will be on the Campus Solutions Student Administration module , supporting implementation, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective PeopleSoft solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

The opportunity: your role

By joining Tranzformd, you will work with ASX-listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives, and projects, including but not limited to:

• Serving as the functional expert for the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions - Student Administration module .
• Engaging with end-users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translating business needs into system configurations, functional designs, and test plans.
• Supporting the full SDLC, including system design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful integration and data integrity.
• Troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support for system users.
• Participating in upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Providing knowledge transfer and training to client teams as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant , focusing on Campus Solutions .
• Expertise in the Student Administration module , including Admissions, Student Records, Academic Advisement, Enrollment, and Student Financials.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft configuration, setup tables, and business processes.
• Experience in system testing, issue resolution, and end-user support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the higher education sector .
• Exposure to PeopleTools and technical aspects of PeopleSoft (for collaboration).
• Knowledge of integration points with other Campus Solutions modules.
