We’re My Charity Raffle, a small but mighty team helping charities raise more funds through fun, exciting online raffles with a focus on fashion and events. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who’s a bit of a digital marketing all-rounder to join us.

You’ll be leading the way across SEO and paid media, helping us get the right eyes on the right raffles at the right time. From Google Ads to organic search, boosted posts to affiliate campaigns, you'll be hands-on and strategic, and ready to help us scale up.

This role is perfect for someone who’s confident in their skills but happy to roll up their sleeves. We need a thinker and a doer. Someone who can see the big picture, build a plan and then jump in and make it happen.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Running SEO strategies that grow organic traffic and improve search visibility for both My Charity Raffle
• Managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns that actually convert
• Planning and creating content with SEO in mind (we’re all about high-quality, value-packed content)
• Setting up and managing affiliate programs to broaden our reach
• Creating boosted social posts and testing what works
• Reporting using GA, SEMrush and similar tools and tweaking campaigns based on the data
• Making light updates in WordPress and WooCommerce

A few things we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO, paid media and affiliate marketing
• Great working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA, SEMrush and affiliate platforms
• Proficient in WordPress and WooCommerce with UX design experience as a bonus
• Confident working with stakeholders both internally and externally
• Strategic thinking with a growth mindset (you love trying new things and improving results)
• And most importantly, someone who’s eager to dive in, grow with us, and see real-time results

You’ll be part of a small, fun, passionate team doing meaningful work and you’ll have a real impact on the causes we support. We work from Sydney and love collaborating face-to-face to make things happen fast.
