Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and organized Assistant to Senior Management to provide direct administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This is a full-time remote position until January 2026, after which it may transition to an on-site or hybrid schedule based on company needs.
The Assistant will handle correspondence, scheduling, phone calls, and daily operational tasks to ensure seamless management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming emails on behalf of assigned senior management.
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Answer and direct calls professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations.
- Track and manage tasks and deadlines for assigned management member.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative needs and special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or executive assistant experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
