Location: On-site in Wood Dale, IL (Hybrid option after training)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

When pets reject standard meds, veterinarians refer their clients to us for personalized solutions—like flavored chews, capsules, or liquids. Think of us as a pharmacy-meets-bakery for animal meds.

As the demand for customized pet medications continues to rise, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to lead outreach and drive growth—a player-coach who will personally build relationships and shape the future of our sales team.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, hands-on sales leadership role. You’ll be the driving force behind our sales strategy and execution—reaching out to veterinary clinics, building lasting partnerships, and directly influencing revenue. All outreach is done remotely (phone, email, messaging, Zoom); no in-person visits or travel are required.

You’ll work directly with the CEO to scale our sales efforts, refine messaging, and help build the sales department as the company continues to grow. This is a rare opportunity to get in early, own your results, and grow into a key leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute daily outbound outreach (phone, email, messaging, Zoom) to veterinary clinics

  • Build relationships with veterinarians and practice managers to drive referrals

  • Manage your own full sales funnel from first contact to conversion

  • Develop and improve sales strategies and workflows

  • Track performance in the CRM and report regularly to leadership

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO on growth initiatives, sales planning, and hiring

  • Proven success in inside sales, outbound prospecting, or business development

  • A hunter mentality—you’re comfortable generating and converting new leads daily

  • Leadership potential with the ability to scale department and coach future team members

  • Self-motivated and performance-driven, with a strong desire to earn through uncapped commission

  • Excellent phone and written communication skills; Zoom-ready presentation skills

  • Organized and consistent with CRM usage, follow-ups, and goal tracking
