MSK Physiotherapist (Band 6–7) – Multiple Roles

The Role
Join a multidisciplinary service where clinicians are given the time and support to deliver effective, evidence-based MSK care. You’ll work closely with a high-functioning MDT to maximise patient recovery through treatment and integrated pathways.
This opportunity suits Physiotherapists currently operating at Band 6 or 7 in MSK (NHS or private). Sports experience isn’t essential —we’re focused on strong clinical reasoning, patient outcomes, and collaborative practice.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert MSK assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Apply core skills: manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, pain education
- Contribute to MDT pathways, recognising when to involve other disciplines
- Set clear, patient-centred goals and measure outcomes
- Keep accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service quality
- Engage in ongoing CPD and case discussions to continually refine practice
About You
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist (or eligible)
- Proven MSK experience at Band 6/7 level or equivalent private practice
- Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Confident across manual therapy, exercise prescription, and pain education
- Team-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous improvement
