Job responsibilities


  • Handle in-game and email support queries efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting across gaming platforms.
  • Respond professionally to app store reviews and player feedback.
  • Resolve player complaints, suggestions, and inquiries.
  • Monitor and report game anomalies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution.
  • Support process and content improvements.


KPI


  • Accuracy: Deliver clear, correct, and helpful responses.
  • Productivity: Handle a high volume of tickets without compromising quality.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Ensure positive player experiences with every interaction.


Requirements


  • Great proficiency in one of the languages: German/French/Russian/Spanish/Italian/Turkish
  • Must possess strong English skills across verbal, written, and reading comprehension.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.


Preferred skills

  • Online gaming experience, familiarity with mobile, PC and Console games
