About the Role
As a Process Engineer, you will optimize SCG’s manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor production parameters and maintain process stability.
Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations.
Lead efficiency and yield improvement projects.
Support trials of new raw materials and process technologies.
Standardize and document operating procedures.
Contribute to sustainability projects focused on energy and resource reduction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
0–3 years of process engineering or manufacturing experience; new graduates are welcome .
Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical data.
Familiarity with process modeling or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
