Product Advisor- Manoeuvring Control

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Product Advisor in Kongsberg Maritime. In this role, you will be part of the Manoeuvring Controls department, providing technical knowledge and advice to the development and sales teams.

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Advisor for the manoeuvring controls product range K-Thrust 720 and MCON.

What you will be doing

• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into product design and implementation.
• Define, prioritize, and follow up on product development and maintenance.
• Provide technical sales assistance to our sales organization.
• Assist the delivery organization and customer support with technical expertise.

We think you should have

• Higher technical education, M.Sc or B.Sc.
• At least 3-5 years of experience with thruster control.
• A strong collaborative mindset, capable of acting as an integrator within the organization.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and capable of executing set plans.
• Experience with product strategy and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Management.
