We are seeking a talented and experienced
Product Designer
to join our dynamic team to enhance the user experience of our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and define product requirements.
• Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and iterate on user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across mobile and dashboard interfaces.
• Create compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines and best practices for SaaS products.
• Translate complex product strategies into user-friendly designs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Apply SaaS product strategy principles to design solutions that are scalable, efficient, and future-proof.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices in SaaS UI/UX design.
• Utilize design tools like Figma, Canva, and Google Slides to create high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across all product features.
• Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional prototypes and user stories.
• Identify and streamline user experience flaws in existing products to enhance user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 2–3 years of demonstrable experience in a product design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing SaaS product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Google Slides, and other relevant design tools.
• Expert understanding of UI/UX design principles, interaction design, and prototyping techniques.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative design processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and rationale.
• Deep understanding of User Research methodologies and practical application.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
