Role: Founding Product Designer
Location: San Francisco, CA (On site, 4 days/week in office)
Compensation: $180K–$220K + Equity

About the Role
- Lead design from the ground up, shaping user experiences for enterprise-level AI solutions.
- Collaborate with the founding team to build design systems and workflows.
- Own key design decisions, defining the product’s visual language and UX.
- Work cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Be a founding team member with high agency and ownership over the product design direction.
Who is the Ideal Candidate?
- 3-5 years of experience as a product designer in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in design systems and complex workflows.
- A strong product mindset with the ability to design for real-world enterprise needs.
- Experience in high-agency environments and a willingness to own and iterate designs independently.
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
