We are seeking a passionate Product Designer (Pharma Domain) to join our digital product team. The ideal candidate will blend UX research, business analysis, and product design expertise to craft intuitive, data-driven solutions for enterprise healthcare and life sciences products.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts—to translate complex workflows into user-friendly designs, while contributing to end-to-end product lifecycle improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain AS-IS / TO-BE data models, Business Process Models, System Integration and Conceptual Diagrams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Deliver User Journey maps, Personas, and UI/UX outcomes aligned with Agile methodologies.
- Work within an Agile product team, contributing to sprints, standups, and product roadmaps.
- Partner with development teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff and consistent design standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of recent experience as a Product Designer / UI-UX Designer in an IT product or Pharma domain.
- Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking, User Research, and Usability Principles.
- Familiarity with Business Process Modeling and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
