The ideal candidate will blend UX research, business analysis, and product design expertise to craft intuitive, data-driven solutions for enterprise healthcare and life sciences products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams —including Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts—to translate complex workflows into user-friendly designs , while contributing to end-to-end product lifecycle improvements. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain AS-IS / TO-BE data models , Business Process Models, System Integration and Conceptual Diagrams. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes . Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions. Deliver User Journey maps, Personas, and UI/UX outcomes aligned with Agile methodologies. Work within an Agile product team , contributing to sprints, standups, and product roadmaps. Partner with development teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff and consistent design standards. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of recent experience as a Product Designer / UI-UX Designer in an IT product or Pharma domain . Proficiency with Figma, Fig Jam, Adobe XD , or equivalent design tools. Strong understanding of Design Thinking, User Research, and Usability Principles . Familiarity with Business Process Modeling and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
