About the Role
Were looking for a Product Designer with a strong focus on mobile design systems to join our Product Design team. In this role, you'll design features for our Employee Self Service (ESS) portal, ensuring our mobile experiences are intuitive, clear, and aligned with native iOS/Android patterns.
What You'll Do
- Translate product requirements into user-friendly features and workflows.
- Design mobile-first features across our ESS platform, contributing to multiple products within the ecosystem.
- Apply iOS and Android system patterns to deliver native, seamless user experiences.
- Use and expand our Figma component library, creating scalable, reusable UI elements and icons.
- Ensure all new components and icons are fully compatible with our design system.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to balance usability with technical feasibility.
- Partner with engineers in design reviews, providing actionable feedback and advocating for user-centered design decisions.
- Advocate for best practices in accessibility, consistency, and system-driven design.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of product design experience, with a strong emphasis on mobile UX/UI.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Solid knowledge of platform system patterns and guidelines (Android/iOS).
- Advanced Figma skills — building and maintaining components, libraries, and icons.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, managing multiple projects at once.
- A sharp eye for detail, consistency, and scalability in design systems.
