More details about the position:
The Product Integration Engineer is in charge of integration and installation of our products within customer environnement and partner ecosystem. You will be the first point of contact for MammoScreen™ users and distribution partners regarding technical issues and product use, pre and post installation.
As our Product Integration Engineer your Missions and Responsibilities, will be:
- Analyze customer or partner environment and needs.
- Receiving, answering, and analyzing customer feedbacks.
- Participate to the definition of the project plan, ensure that all parties are committing to respect the deadlines and keep the plan up to date.
- Propose and implement technical or workflow solutions.
- Participate to the life of the project from the mockups to the integration test phases to the go-live and finally the maintenance.
- Addressing frontline technical issues and implementing workaround and patches on customers’ sites.
- Escalading issues to Operations, R&D and Product Management as appropriate.
- Transferring training request or clinical questions to clinical trainers.
- Making the technical connection with the customer.
- Writing installation site documentation and reports.
- Synchronizing with Product and Sales managers to allocate resources and priorities.
- Help to provide technical support on the product for the sales team.
- Participate to sales and product demo when technical topics are discussed.
- Participate to tradeshows when requested.
It’s necessary to have:
- Graduated in Computer Science or/and Biomedical Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant experience in health IT companies or institutions
- Successful previous experience in integrating medical software solution
- Successful previous experience in customer project portfolio management
- Project management experience.
- Extremely rigorous in project follow-up
- Synthetic mind, attention to details and focusing on project critical points
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux and containers technologies
- Knowledge of DICOM, PACS, RIS, Worklist, HL7
- Knowledge of basic Medical Device European regulation and Food and Drug Administration
