About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join our Product Team, working closely with and supporting a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will help drive the functional design and conceptual development of our digital assessment products. You will act as a key communicator between Design and Development teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful delivery from ideation through build and launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to define product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear, actionable plans for Design and Development teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across Design, Product, and Development, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in the conceptual development of new products and features, contributing ideas and user-centric solutions.
- Support the project management process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and tracking progress against milestones.
- Assist in the review of wireframes, prototypes, and functional documentation.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and internal teams to inform ongoing product improvements.
- Help ensure products meet standards for quality, accessibility, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Product Management, Design, Computer Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role within a digital product or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of functional design principles and user-centered product development.
- Demonstrated experience or understanding of IO psychology principles, particularly as they relate to assessment, talent management, or organizational development.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) concepts or applications within digital products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Dev OPs).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in digital assessment, HR technology, EdTech, or related industries.
- Exposure to UI/UX design processes and tools (such as Figma).
- Experience working with (Global) geographically distributed teams.
- Practical experience developing or managing products that incorporate IO psychology principles.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven features, tools, or platforms in the context of assessment or talent solutions.
