Product Manager – RUCKUS Networks (Wi-Fi)

Role Overview

As a Product Manager in the CommScope RUCKUS wireless team, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and supporting wireless access point solutions. You’ll help define the future of Wi-Fi by collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers to deliver high-performance wireless products that meet market needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of Wi-Fi product strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and understand customer requirements.

Build relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product requirements.

Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to help execute the product roadmap efficiently.

Participate in the product development process, including feature prioritization, defining product specifications, and supporting project execution.

Assist in planning and executing product launches, developing marketing and sales materials, and supporting go-to-market strategies.

Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and enhancements.

Support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and budget management for the WAP product line.

Communicate product roadmap, project status, and key performance indicators to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).

3+ years in product management, preferably in networking or technology-related fields.

Understanding of wireless networking technologies and trends.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Customer-focused with attention to user experience and product quality.

Highly Desired Skills

Experience with Wi-Fi-specific networking products.

Previous experience supporting enterprise-grade product development.
