As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in B2B product offerings and the innovative mind set to fill them. You're a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.
The Product Manager is expected to:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
- Be an expert with respect to the competition.
- Act as a leader within the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 Years of Experience as a Product Manager.
- Should have knowledge of Agile Development practices and scrum master.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- 4+ years of experience in a job in the market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Technical background, with experience in IT Domain.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Must be able to travel.
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.
