We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Product Manager
to join our team in
Trivandrum
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing the lifecycle of digital products, with
prior experience in educational products
being an added advantage. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and hands-on execution to drive product success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company vision and goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in educational and related products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver successful products.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch improvements.
- Create and maintain product documentation, requirements, and use cases.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of features within budget and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of proven experience as a
Product Manager
, preferably in
EdTech or IT field
. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and user-centered design.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to
relocate and work from Trivandrum
.
